I’ve spent over 20 years building digital, data, and now AI teams for agencies and ambitious brands. Over that time, one thing has become very clear to me: the wrong hire costs you more than money, but the right hire can transform everything.

For me, real talent acquisition isn’t about throwing CVs at you and hoping one sticks. It’s about truly understanding people, both clients and candidates. That’s why I’ve taken every opportunity to sit inside marketing teams, dissect campaigns, analyse data, and learn exactly what makes digital professionals succeed. I’m naturally curious, and I’m at my best when I’m learning about the people who power a business and where the dream & vision came to life.
